Log file browser procedure - usually only accessible to System Administrators.
From here records (or sets of records) can be rolled back, undeleted etc.
Depending
on the type of record (Memo, field change, deletion etc) various buttons become
available or disabled.
Template prompts - if the full deleted record is stored then undeletes will be
possible.
The alternative is just a one-line entry saying record n was deleted.
